Surprises can sometimes be welcome, but in this case Mooresville Schools wasn't smiling. The school board had previously invested alot of time and money to renovate their schools with new HVAC equipment. Yet, operating costs were still high and every building experienced inconsistent temperatures and comfort problems, poor air quality, high humidity and even moisture damage. Performance Services was invited to come in and study the problem and found poorly programmed and inefficient pneumatic controls as well as equipment problems that were causing overheating and wasted energy.
