Throughout each year, our Performance Assurance dedicated staff monitors the energy utility usage and digital control settings of our customer buildings and reviews the level of energy efficiency. An annual savings report is also prepared and provided to our owner's representative. We continually work on a collaborative basis with customers to offer insight and new ideas for increasing energy efficiency and reducing operating costs.
