Message to Employees
It was humbling to listen and learn about the other 69 great companies that qualified as a Best Places to Work Indiana employer and to hear the the announcement that our company had been selected as #1. The evening at the Indiana Roof Ballroom on May 5, 2009, was joyful and memorable. We commend the Indiana Chamber of Commerce for for their work in creating a very well executed BPTW process and entertaining program event.
I believe this award and recognition provides additional assurance that putting our customers first, employees second, and profits third creates an exceptional path to success and for employees a place to call home as we build and grow personally and professionally. In reading the comments from our employees in both the detailed survey and the published article, they brought me great satisfaction that our people feel we are living our mission faithfully on a daily basis and that it has produced such good fruit. I am especially thankful that everyone is focused on taking great care of customers and that employees feel empowered to do whatever it takes to make a great customer experience happen.
I feel blessed that our employees have chosen to serve with our Performance Services team and look forward to the great work that we will accomplish for our customers over the coming years.
