Job Summary:

The Design-Build BIM Coordinator leads and manages the development of the strategy and implementation of procedures in BIM and digital integration associated within the Design-Build department.

Experience and Education:

• Higher Education in Design or Construction related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in BIM leadership role within the AEC industry.
• Expert knowledge of BIM 360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), management and use.
• Proficiency in BIM software programs, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, BIM360/ACC tools and workflows and Digital Twin.
• Working knowledge of Forma, Dynamo, Revit API and Enscape.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams preferred.

Job Summary:

The Principal Architect/ Project Development Leader will have intensive collaboration with the Business Development Managers to identify potential projects, cultivate client relationships, and develop the architectural space needs for a client.

Experience and Education:

• Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience focused on educational (K-12) projects.
• Professional degree from NAAB accredited college or university.
• Ability to obtain Architectural registration in states where the projects are conducted.
• Experience in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong public speaking/ client facing inter-relationship skills.

Business Development Manager is responsible for maintaining existing relationships and cultivating new relationships for the purpose of growing the Performance Services business. BDM’s are involved with executing strategic selling initiatives, along with the planning and execution of bid and proposal activities. BDM’s will collaborate with Lead Engineers and Project Managers for the synchronized effort of all internal and external resources to accomplish business development and sales objectives.

Experience and Education:

5+ years working on project teams required. 3+ years leading project teams required. 3+ years of executive-level sales experience required. Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of business development experience preferred. Experience working with school corporations, specifically K-12, preferred.

Minimum Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience designing traditional plan and specification projects in the HVAC industry. Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of experience performing energy engineering functions in support of performance contracting projects. BSME or BSMET from an accredited college or university. Professional Engineer registration in states where projects are conducted.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing HVAC design support under limited supervision. The mechanical engineer will work under the direction of a Lead Engineer and will report to the Engineering Manager.

Experience and Education:

Minimum Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience designing traditional plan and specification projects in the HVAC industry. BSME or BSMET from an accredited college or university.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing assistance in the estimating process to the Engineering/Estimating team. Writing and awarding contracts. Planning and scheduling proper staffing of assigned projects. Ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with the contract requirements. Maintaining excellent team communication with the client and the entire project team. Providing overall leadership to the project team to ensure a safe, profitable, and timely project completion. Providing overall contract administration throughout closeout of assigned projects.

Experience and Education:

6-10 years of experience in commercial construction; experience in the design-build methodology of project development is preferred; 4-year degree or industry experience equivalent preferred; background in educational or commercial construction.

Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting the service group in resolving EMS-related issues. Duties will include; programming, client training, troubleshooting, documenting performance, commissioning and setting up remote access communications. This position will work closely with our Engineering team assisting in analyzing facilities, developing solutions, design and drawing preparation.

Experience and Education:

A minimum of 7 years of HVAC experience as a control technician such as JCI, Siemens, Invensys, Andover, Trane, or Alerton. A background in the service industry is a plus. Experience serving K-12 schools is preferred as well as some engineering experience. A 2-year technical degree or equivalent.

This position involves managing the production efforts on projects/designs, “red lines,” architectural design, code evaluations, construction document drawings, site evaluations, construction administration, specifications, project meetings and presentations, and coordination with our internal engineers, project managers, and outside consultants for projects ranging from $2 million to $50 million in construction cost.

Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s in Architecture required. Minimum of 10 years of commercial building experience, architectural project management experience, architectural design experience, and construction management knowledge. Minimum two years REVIT experience. A professional license is preferred but not required.

The Systems Integrator is responsible to design, build, synthesize and implementing technological applications customized to the organization and client’s needs.

Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or an equivalent number of years of experience is required. Applicants must have 5 years of experience with construction and controls. Need to understand end-users and service personnel needs and develop controls systems that meet these needs. Must be able to prepare designs, specifications, and test requirements for existing and new products. Must be able to optimize system designs for performance, cost, and standardization. Need to prepare and track expense budgets for assigned projects and personnel.

Job Summary:

To plan and schedule proper staffing of assigned projects. To ensure that all projects are constructed in accordance with the contract requirements. Assist with the project team to ensure projects that are safe, profitable, and completed in a timely manner. Assist in contract administration throughout close-out of assigned projects.
