ENERGY ENGINEERS
- Job Summary: Responsible for HVAC design, energy and performance assurance engineering of building renovation and new construction projects. Must have the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology is preferred.
EMS CONTROLS DESIGN ENGINEER
- Job Summary: Responsible for site survey and building controls evaluations; engineering and design of DDC building automated controls; develop installation submittal drawings for subcontractors; create Bill of Material list and material procurement; coordinate with manufacturers for factory mounted controls to meet installation schedules; complete As-Built drawings with final install and checkout documents; and attend progress meetings to ensure project execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or four years of experience in the Building Automation field preferred. DDC Controls integration knowledge including Tridium, BACnet and LON a plus. Advanced computer skills, low voltage systems understanding, and DDC HVAC controls knowledge.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
- Job Summary: Responsible for start up of DDC HVAC automated system, system commissioning, Building Automation troubleshooting; warranty calls; creation of system graphics for navigation; optimal learning environment validation; and owner training support.
- Education: Associates degree or five years of experience in the Building Automation field preferred. Knowlege of EMS control systems. AX Tridium knowledge a plus and strong computer skills.
