Project Description
Warsaw Community Schools completed a major renovation project at their High School in 2006 that included thousands of dollars in commissioning fees paid to the ‘plan and spec’ controls provider. The project resulted in very high energy costs and comfort issues. To address these issues, Performance Services conducted a facility study of the recently completed High School project and was able to identify and guarantee an additional $300,000 in annual energy savings opportunities. The success of the first project with Performance Services led to two additional phases addressing energy conservation measures at several other buildings in the district.
