Step 1: Strategic Energy Planning
Your commitment to a sustainable energy plan begins with senior leadership commitment to change and a comprehensive facility and behavioral analysis. We work collaboratively with you to identify energy baseline performance, set goals, and execute a rollout plan for your unique and customized energy conservation objectives.
Step 2: Leadership with Focus
Leadership with focus requires a dedicated resource to lead, monitor and champion ongoing energy conservation efforts in a positive and collaborative way. We help you hire the right leader--based on a talent profile of proven energy managers--and provide thorough training on energy management concepts and organizational change techniques.
Step 3: Communication
Step three of the implementation program requires working together in a positive way in order to enable real change. People use energy, not buildings, so the awareness and cooperation of all stakeholders is important in creating a sustainable program. Your energy manager will provide personalized, appropriate, and timely messages in person, print, and digital media to your identified stakeholders.
Step 4: Measurement and Verification
Measurement and verification is the capstone of an effective program. Utilizing your energy management system and utility managment software, your energy manager and our performance assurance experts will monitor, analyze and report timely data to uncover savings opportunities, raise awareness and inform energy consumption decisions. All this without sacrificing indoor environment comfort. We provide implementation and training on our preferred energy management software solution.
