Project Description

Warsaw Community Schools wanted classroom and learning environments suited for a full educational program, including science-technology-engineering-mathematics (STEM) learning for three school buildings. Performance Services designed and delivered additions and renovations into the existing neighborhood. This included a new Lincoln Elementary School building with a park-like setting. Each building features innovative layouts that promote creative learning through flexible, non-traditional, project-based spaces. The renovations also included energy savings solutions for each of the schools with ENERGY STAR® performance levels for all three schools guaranteed by the end of the first year of operation.
