Jim Adams is a dynamic, results oriented leader with 35+ years of outstanding achievement in the energy efficiency construction industry. His passion for delivering innovative solutions is underlined by a dedication for building longterm client relationships. Jim’s passion has been contagious, enabling him to build high performance teams of employees, vendors, and suppliers that consistently delights clients.
Jim spent 16 years with Honeywell in Texas and New Mexico before moving to Indiana in 1994 to become the Founder, President, and CEO of Energy Systems Group (ESG). He led ESG’s growth and very successful development of more than $1.3 billion of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and combined heat and power plant projects from 1994 until February, 2011. Jim joined Performance Services in 2014 as a Business Consultant. In February of 2016, Jim accepted the position of General Manager in Texas to lead Performance Services’ growth and development in The Lone Star State.
