Aaron joined the Performance Services team in 2023. He graduated from Indiana State University in 2003 and has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Aaron started off working in residential construction, working during summer breaks during school. After graduation, he moved into commercial construction, where he transitioned into Superintendent and Project Management roles.
Outside of work, Aaron spends his free time watching his kids’ sporting events, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors.
