Nick joined the Performance Services team in 2021. Nick joined the United States Marine Corps after high school and then went on to attend Illinois State University, graduating in 1999 with a degree in Industrial Technology – Construction Management. Since then, he has worked as a General Contractor, Owner’s Representative, Construction Manager, and eventually started his own Development and Construction Consulting company that he managed for the last 12 years. Throughout his career, he has managed projects in a wide variety of areas, including municipal, healthcare, restaurant and retail, land development, and education. As a consultant, Nick worked hand-in-hand with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Suppliers, and Contractors to successfully guide projects from inception to close out and into a facility maintenance plan. Nick pulls from his experience in all aspects within the development and construction industry to manage and anticipate risks bringing quality projects completed on time and on budget.
Outside of work, Nick likes to take long motorcycle trips and work on his never-ending home projects.
