Brian joined the Performance Services in 2019. For the past 6 years Brian was employed at Zoellner Construction Co., a commercial General Contractor in southeast Missouri. He was project manager for various general construction projects ranging from new construction, remodel, and light civil. The project sizes varied between $100K to $16 million. Brian had direct contact with owners, architects, engineers and sub-contractors. His primary role was to develop and maintain the project schedule, handle all communications flowing between the design team and sub-contractors, and execute and track change orders and job costing. Prior to working for a General Contractor, Brian had 20 years of experience with a residential home supplier and truss manufacturing co., starting as a draftsman and working his way up to the Director of Operations.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time and traveling with his family. He loves to be outdoors or work on projects around the house. Brian and his family are active members of the New Salem United Methodist Church in Daisy. He is a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals and Blues fan and loves to relax by watching any sporting event.
