Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for a wide range of tasks and assignments that assist in managing the finances of Performance Services, including, but not limited to, payroll accounting, asset tracking, fixed asset management, tax filing, accounts receivable, and job costing.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance or relevant work experience is required
- Background in construction accounting is preferred but not required
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience
- Extensive experience with Excel, PowerBI, and other Microsoft applications is preferred
- Experience with Timberline Software or other accounting platforms is a plus.
Job Summary:
The Performance Assurance Specialist is the primary customer service representative to all PSI customers once each project is complete. The Performance Assurance Specialist is also responsible for Building Automation System (BAS) operator training, BAS technical support, and BAS operational performance. The Performance Assurance Specialist must have excellent communication skills in order to properly explain and relate complex technical issues to customers with significantly less technical training.
Experience and Education:
- Experience acquiring and analyzing data and determining how it impacts system performance and energy conservation results.
- Experience as an HVAC control technician or BAS system operator is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a service-oriented position is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent.
Job Summary:
The Controls Project Manager position is responsible for providing field leadership on assigned temperature control projects to maintain positive customer relationships; front-line involvement with estimating and providing direct supervision to subcontractors to achieve a successful, safe project that is completed on time and within budget
Experience and Education:
- 4-year degree or industry experience equivalent
- 6-10 years in temperature controls project management or similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), HVAC systems (including air and water mechanical systems), and electrical work.

The MEP BIM Coordinator leads and manages the development of the strategy and implementation of procedures in BIM and digital integration associated within the MEP department.
Experience and Education:
- Higher Education in Design or Construction related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in BIM leadership role within the AEC industry.
- Expert knowledge of BIM 360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), management and use.

Job Summary:
The Performance Assurance Analyst is responsible for making sure all installed equipment is working properly and as expected. When issues arise, they will be tasked with identifying any issues and helping to resolve those issues. They will be tasked with preparing annual performance reports for customers. Also, they will also work with other engineers on collecting utility data and performing energy & operational savings calculations.
Experience and Education:
