Kia joined the Performance Services team in 2025. Kia brings 13 years of experience in the AEC industry, most recently serving as Regional Marketing Manager at FGM Architects, where she led all marketing efforts in Texas. She holds an MBA from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM). She has been an active volunteer with SMPS, contributing to the education, programs, and sponsorship committees. She has also served on the board and the Emerging Professionals Committee for A4LE. In addition, she has led and participated in various internal committees throughout her career.
Outside of work, Kia enjoys traveling the world with her family. She is passionate about education and committed to lifelong learning. She shares her expertise by teaching online marketing courses as an Adjunct Professor at Austin Community College.
