Chris joined the Performance Services team in 2025. Prior to that, he held multiple roles in education for 28 years. He was an elementary classroom teacher for 5 years, an elementary school principal for 10 years, and a school superintendent for 14 years. For the last two years, Chris was the educational specialist for Hoffman Planning, Design, and Construction. All his work has been in Wisconsin, both for Hoffman and in the education field. Chris was instrumental in two recent referendums in the Shawano and Shiocton school districts ($52 million and $23.5 million, respectively). He has also generated $23 million in additional projects for Asprio and the New Holstein school district. Prior to his time at Hoffman, Chris led referendums in the Southern Door school district ($15 million) and the Howards Grove school district ($8 million between multiple referendums).
Chris is a lifelong Packers fan and season ticket holder. Outside of work, he loves fitness and has done several 5k runs and 8 Tough Mudders.
