Garrett joined the Performance Services team in 2025. He brings over a decade of experience serving K-12, higher education, and ministries in energy savings. He began his career at Ideal Impact in 2013 on the operations side, where he managed multiple teams and worked closely with clients’ key stakeholders to implement successful projects. In 2018, he transitioned into sales and quickly became the company’s top performer.
He played a key role in opening the Houston, Corpus Christi, and Oklahoma markets for Ideal Impact and secured major projects in DFW to solidify their market presence. His experience in operations and sales has helped him develop a vast network of education contacts. A few of Garrett’s sales highlights include energy optimization projects at Coppell ISD, Little Elm ISD, Cedar Hill ISD, Lancaster ISD, Central Texas College, Hill College, Cisco College, Southwestern Adventist University, and East Central University. Passionate about achieving energy savings and enhancing learning environments, Garrett thrives on building trust with clients and guiding them from initial conversations to long-term partnerships.
Outside of work, you can find Garrett jumping on the trampoline or swimming with his three children. He and his wife are often found dreaming up their next family road trip, discovering the best coffee shops, parks, and local breweries along the way.
