
Columbus, Ohio. Congratulations to Dr. Michael “Mick” Shoaf, who was recognized at the Buckeye Association of School Administrators (BASA) Fall Conference this week as the Ohio Superintendent of the Year 2025.
Dr. Shoaf brings more than three decades of experience in public education, including 20 years as a superintendent. He joined Performance Services in March 2025 to support expansion in Ohio and strengthen partnerships with school districts throughout the state.
“Dr. Shoaf’s leadership has made a lasting impact on students and communities across Ohio, and we’re honored to have him on our team,” remarks Mike Lindsey, Regional Sales Manager.
