Rachael joined Performance Services in 2025 and is passionate about helping Arizona’s municipalities build stronger, more resilient communities through innovative, energy-efficient solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, sales, and operations leadership, she has built a career driving growth and creating lasting relationships that make a difference.
Her work across the Southwest has connected her with state agencies, municipalities, higher education, K-12, and non-profit leaders to strengthen local infrastructure and support community innovation. Rachael’s approach begins with listening—understanding each customer’s unique needs and aligning solutions that improve safety, reduce energy costs, and create a sustainable future for local communities.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spin classes, Pilates, hiking Arizona’s trails, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
