Brad Stafford is a dedicated public servant, serving municipalities in Texas for over 34 years. Brad retired as the City Manager of the City of Navasota in 2021, where he served for 16 years. Prior to Navasota, Brad served as City Manager in two other cities, Morton and Sundown. His service as City Manager spans 28 years. Brad most recently served the City of Bryan as the Director of Parks, Recreation and Facilities, until his retirement in September 2025.
Brad has been a member of TCMA for more than 30 years, and has served TCMA at the regional and state level, including TCMA President in 2020. He is also a member of the Texas Tech University MPA Advisory Board and occasionally joins professors at both Texas Tech and the Texas A&M Bush School for Public Service to speak with students about careers in local government.
