Jeff joined the Performance Services team in 2025, bringing over 29 years of experience in the HVAC and plumbing industries. He has worked in various roles over the years, including field work, service and installation, project management, and management and estimating. He began his career in the United States Air Force, where he served as an Aircraft Mechanic on B-1B Bombers until his discharge from active duty in 1996. He has received his education from ITT Tech in the HVAC program and received his Journeyman card from the Associate Builders and Contractors of Indiana. He carries a Universal EPA card and is a Certified Boiler Plant Operator.
He is an Eagle Scout and enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, bowling, and camping.
