Estevan joined the Performance Services team in 2026. Prior to that, he spent the last three years working as an Engineer for Southwest Power Pool (SPP) on the EMS modeling team. His focus was on reliability for the Bulk Electric System in the Midwest Region of the United States. While at SPP, he worked on multiple projects, including SCADA systems, ICCP systems, EMS system upgrades, and Network Modeling.
Before that, Estevan was a Project Manager/Mechanical Designer at Bernhard. He directly managed four major projects at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences that totaled $150 million. These projects ranged from adding new building entry pumps and operating unit upgrades to electrical infrastructure upgrades and a complete renovation of one of the oldest buildings on campus. Additionally, he assisted other project managers on system-wide control upgrades, central energy plant upgrades, and a new 24 MW generator plant.
During his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and daughters.
