Ryan joined Performance Services after spending 25 years at Schmidt Associates, Inc., where he was promoted to Senior Project Architect and Associate. Over the years, he has overseen the design and coordination of projects of various sizes and complexities, from new construction to additions and renovations, across multiple concurrent projects totaling up to $70 million each, including two new elementary schools at New Albany-Floyd County Schools: Green Valley Elementary School & Slate Run Elementary School.
Focusing primarily on public K-12 and higher education markets, Ryan has delivered numerous LEED projects, including 4 Gold, 2 Silver, and several Certified. Throughout his career, he has developed and implemented numerous templates, processes, standards, and systems to improve the design delivery workflow for architectural and engineering groups. Ryan is devoted to listening to clients and understanding their district goals.
