Rogelio Perez, Headshot, Superintendent at Performance Services

Rogelio Perez

Rogelio joined the Performance Services team in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of construction experience built from the ground up through hands-on fieldwork. He began in his family’s construction business, completed a pre-apprenticeship program through Project Hire, and advanced through the NYC District Council of Carpenters apprenticeship program. During that time, he contributed to major projects including Hudson Yards, the Freedom Tower, Rockefeller Center, CNN Studios, Bloomberg Headquarters, the Verizon Building, and Morgan Stanley.

Rogelio progressed from apprentice to journeyman and foreman while earning an associate’s degree in business management. He later served as Assistant and Acting Superintendent, managing fast-paced tenant improvement projects, specializing in quick-service restaurants. After relocating to Texas, he led nationwide design-build and tenant improvement work across fitness facilities, yoga studios, restaurants, and retail spaces, consistently prioritizing safety, schedule performance, and quality delivery.

Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, basketball, arts and crafts, learning about construction advancements, and spending time with family.
