Blaine joined the Performance Services team in 2026 with more than 30 years of BIM, CAD, and construction experience. Most recently, he spent four years at Applied Engineering Services, where he managed BIM models, led MEP modeling and coordination efforts, and developed Revit families and standards. Before that, he spent seven years with DEEM in roles ranging from BIM Coordination Specialist/Estimator to Mechanical BIM Coordinator. During that time, he contributed to major projects—including hotels, the FedEx airport expansion, the Allison administration building, and the Gainbridge Fieldhouse renovation—supporting mechanical room layout, piping and duct system design, prefab planning, trade coordination, 3D scanning, point cloud development, and field installation tracking.
Earlier in his career, Blaine served as a BIM/CAD Manager for both Genesis Engineering Group and L’aquis Consulting Engineers. Before those roles, he owned and operated his CAD consulting firm, CADPro, for 13 years, providing services to a broad range of engineering, architecture, manufacturing, and environmental clients, including PSI in its early years. His career began at ERMCO, where he played a key role in establishing its CAD department after starting as a hand draftsman at Rotz Engineers.
Outside of work, Blaine’s interests include music, family vacations, hiking, state/national parks, fishing, and the outdoors.
