Morgan joined the Performance Services team in 2026. Morgan previously served as the Marketing Coordinator for a specialized insurance brokerage in Noblesville. In that role, she oversaw the entire marketing department and a wide range of initiatives, including managing social media accounts, monitoring SEO analytics, and overseeing website design and management. She also designed all brand collateral and led and mentored several interns throughout the year.
Morgan is a graduate of Butler University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management information systems.
Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys visiting local coffee shops and spending weekends with friends. In the fall, she can often be found watching Ohio State football. She also enjoys staying creative by trying out new craft projects and going on camping trips with her family.
