Karen joined the Performance Services team in 2026, bringing more than 35 years of experience driving revenue and building long-term partnerships across technology, government, municipal, and county agencies; manufacturing; commercial real estate; and B2B markets. She is known for her ability to identify emerging opportunities and execute effective client‑acquisition strategies. Karen thrives in highly competitive environments and translates market challenges into measurable growth. She is a hands-on mentor and collaborative team builder who shares practical, field-tested sales strategies that empower teams to win.
Outside of her professional work, Karen prioritizes family time with her two sons. She values a healthy work–life balance and enjoys attending concerts with her sisters, cheering on the Indy 500 (having missed only two races since 1982), and spending time at the dog park with her golden retrievers.
