Cooper joined the Performance Services team in 2026. Prior to that, he spent six years working closely with Arizona school districts as an energy solutions professional. His work focused on helping schools and municipalities optimize their facilities through energy-efficiency improvements and capital-planning solutions. During his time at Veregy and SitelogIQ, Cooper specialized in helping public sector clients navigate complex facility challenges and develop sustainable, long-term financial plans to complete projects.
Outside of the office, Cooper enjoys spending his time outdoors and with his family. Some of his favorite activities include golfing, hiking, camping, and cooking.
