Willie joined the Performance Services team in 2026. He brings over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry, including 16 years with Ameresco Inc., where he managed a wide range of projects. In this role, Willie managed all aspects of project execution, including site coordination, client relations, safety compliance, contract review, scheduling, and collaboration with engineers, architects, and vendors. Before joining Ameresco, Willie earned his Journeyman Card with Local 26 and spent three years working in fire sprinkler fitting with Local 669, further expanding his technical expertise in building systems and construction. His experience includes energy savings performance contracts, new construction, renovations, and design-build projects.
Outside of work, Willie values time with his family. They enjoy camping, attending motocross races, hiking, biking, and vacationing in new places together.
