Micah joined the Performance Services team in 2026, bringing nearly two decades of experience in construction, project management, and client relations. His career began in commercial contracting after graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Science. He spent several years managing commercial projects with SpawGlass Construction in Houston before launching and operating his own restoration and general contracting company.
Over the past 20 years, Micah has led teams, managed complex projects, worked closely with clients, built projects from the ground up, and helped families and businesses recover from property losses. These experiences reinforced his commitment to servant leadership, strong relationships, and delivering on commitments. He is passionate about building strong teams, serving people well, solving problems, and continuously learning, and looks forward to contributing to the team’s success.
Outside of work, Micah is a lifelong Texas A&M fan. He enjoys college sports and traveling with his family—especially to the Smoky Mountains—and hopes to one day take an Alaskan cruise, visit Europe, and explore more national parks.
