Jesse joined the Performance Services team in 2026, with over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a Superintendent with PulteGroup, where he built a strong foundation in project execution and field operations. He later joined Gerloff Company, transitioning into commercial and government contracting, where he further developed his expertise in project management and estimating.
Throughout his career, Jesse has worked on a wide range of projects, including ground-up construction, restoration, and design-build developments. His experience spans client relations, project planning and execution, subcontractor coordination, and client expectation management. He has a proven ability to navigate complex projects, coordinate with municipalities across Texas, and effectively manage regulatory and permitting processes.
Outside of work, Jesse is a devoted family man. He enjoys staying active through fitness, spending quality time with family, and sharing a good Scotch with his grandfather. He and his family stay engaged through church activities, outdoor recreation, and travel, and they enjoy exploring parks and spending time by the pool during the summer months.
