Randy joined the Performance Services team in 2026. With more than 21 years of construction industry experience, Randy spent the last 11.5 years as a Superintendent at SD Clifton Construction. Throughout his career with SD Clifton, he successfully managed the construction of a wide variety of projects, including a three-story parking garage, a three-story sheriff’s headquarters, gas stations, office buildings, a bank, an urgent care facility, a warehouse, and a manufacturing plant. Prior to joining SD Clifton Construction, Randy spent 9.5 years building schools throughout Georgia and South Carolina, further developing his expertise in construction management and project execution.
Outside of work, Randy is a lifelong fan of the South Carolina Gamecocks football team. He also loves to fish, go camping, and spend time with family.
