Todd joined the Performance Services team in 2026, with more than 30 years of experience in construction, business development, and building automation. He earned a degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University, where he also played on the Michigan State hockey team. Following graduation, Todd began his career in the field, building custom homes and light commercial buildings.
He later transitioned into business development with Global Green Energy Solutions, where he successfully developed and secured major accounts with General Motors, Chrysler, and Visteon. Most recently, Todd spent nine years with Siemens Building Technologies. In this role, he built and maintained strong relationships across K–12, higher education, municipal, and healthcare markets throughout the region. He is passionate about understanding client needs and delivering solutions that create long-term value.
Outside of work, Todd enjoys an active lifestyle and time with his family. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, playing in pickleball tournaments, biking, and following Michigan State athletics—especially MSU hockey.
