Spencer joined the Performance Services team in 2026. Spencer graduated with a degree in Biological Engineering and a minor in sustainability from the University of Arkansas. After graduation, he worked at a mid-sized consulting firm where he learned the ins and outs of the water/wastewater engineering industry.
Outside of work, Spencer enjoys lifting, soccer, spikeball, rock climbing, and most other competitive activities. His biggest passion is traveling. He loves experiencing different cultures and meeting people from all different walks of life.
