Wayne has extensive experience managing teams and delivering high levels of employee and client satisfaction. He has over 35 years of construction experience in electrical systems, building operation, energy management, and controls. Wayne was previously employed at Siemens Building Technologies as a Solutions Zone Operations Manager, overseeing seven branch locations and managing over 300 operations employees. Wayne is committed to providing high-quality resources to build client confidence, foster trust, and deliver results. He is responsible for the Operations Management of Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee.
Wayne is a lifelong Reds fan, having grown up less than a fifteen-minute drive from the stadium. He loves to exercise to stay fit and currently plays racquetball weekly and golf when time allows. He also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
