Roger joined the Performance Services team in 2026. He brings more than 34 years of experience in Texas public education, including 15 years as a superintendent and leadership experience with Region 13 Education Service Center. He began his career as a special education teacher and coach before serving in campus and district leadership roles.
Roger was named the Texas Region 13 Superintendent of the Year in 2020, and the school board he served was recognized as the Texas Region 13 School Board of the Year in 2019. He concluded his public education career as Deputy Executive Director at Region 13 Education Service Center, where he worked with school districts and educational leaders across the region.
In his role with Performance Services, Roger brings a superintendent perspective and firsthand experience in leadership, operations, finance, facilities, and strategic planning. He works to build trusted relationships with school district leaders and help them identify practical solutions that align with their goals and priorities.
