Dona joined Performance Services after being employed at Aspen Group, where she served on the Design-Build team dedicated to creating church spaces that foster effective ministry. Dona uses her knowledge of how texture, color, lighting, and other factors combine to make a space. She enjoys engaging in space planning, analyzing design needs, delivering client-facing communications, ensuring design alignment with project budgets, and helping to develop project schedules, work plans, and budgets. Dona enjoys delivering high-quality, functional interior spaces with high client satisfaction.
In her free time, Dona enjoys active outdoor pursuits like running, cycling, and hiking. When the weather turns cold, she can be found reading or playing board games with friends and family. She loves the Indianapolis Colts, going to concerts, cooking, and traveling.
