Over the last 22 years, Dustin has gained invaluable experience in multiple roles across different technical areas at Performance Services. Dustin has worked in the field as a project technician, designed controls in the project design phase, monitored systems to ensure HVAC controls operated correctly upon project completion, and oversaw project implementation through to completion as a Project Manager. These experiences have helped Dustin gain a deep understanding of how our processes work at all project stages. In 2022, Dustin transitioned into his new Performance Assurance Specialist Supervisor role. Dustin is responsible for leading our Performance Assurance Specialist team to ensure the building automation control system functions properly.
Dustin has worked with the following K-12 School Districts: Plainfield Community Consolidated School District, Austin Independent School District, Glenbard District 87, New Albany-Floyd Consolidated School Corporation, Covington Independent Schools, and Rock Island-Milan School District.
When not at work, Dustin enjoys biking with his coworkers and spending time with his family.
