Bailey joined Performance Services in 2018. Previously, she was the marketing coordinator at FlashPoint Leadership Consulting. Bailey assists in the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives. She is responsible for social media, designing marketing and sales collateral, and writing proposals. Bailey was a class of 2015 Orr Fellow and spent her first two years post-college engaged in rigorous programming to help develop and challenge her marketing and leadership skills. The Orr Fellowship includes professional workshops, speaker series, executive mentorship, civic engagement opportunities, and a strong peer network. Bailey holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Saint Mary’s College with minors in Business Administration, PR/Advertising, and Gerontology.
After work hours, Bailey enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves exploring the outdoors and has a bucket list goal of visiting all 63 National Parks (the current count is 22).
