Justin joined the Performance Services team in 2024. For the past ten years, Justin worked at Johnson Controls Security Solutions as a Major Account Executive in the North Carolina market. While there, he developed and grew numerous accounts in the Local Government, Healthcare, Energy, and Education verticals. Justin designed and implemented technology-based security systems that helped his customers minimize violence and misconduct. He is dedicated to making buildings/campuses smarter and safer for students and staff.
Justin has lived in Charlotte, NC since 2011. His wife is an avid tennis player. His son plays travel baseball and junior golf, and his daughter loves gymnastics, creative play, and fashion. As a family, they enjoy beach trips, ski trips, and weekend boating on Lake Wylie in South Charlotte.
