Mike joined Performance Services in 2010, bringing with him many years of experience working as an owner’s representative on major construction, addition, and renovation projects. While a client of Performance Services in that previous role, Mike was selected as the inaugural School Support Professional of the Year in 2010 by the Indiana Association of School Business Officials.
In his initial role with Performance Services, Mike led the creation, business development, and operations efforts of the Energy Leadership program, which played an integral role in wins related to many significant deals such as Fort Wayne Community Schools (IN), Little Rock School District (AR), and Austin ISD (TX). In 2017, Mike became the Director of Performance Assurance and took on the task of significantly overhauling Performance Services’ Performance Assurance offering. His efforts have led to many exciting new client support packages and initiatives. In 2025, Mike became Regional Sales Manager, overseeing business development efforts in North Carolina and Alabama.
Mike enjoys facilitating a team effort to accomplish goals and lists his core values as honesty, integrity, and client satisfaction. When not at work, family is a priority. Mike and his wife, Ellen, have four children. He enjoys coaching basketball and volunteering at his church.
