Bob joined the Performance Services team in 2021 with over 45 years of educational experience. He started as a band director at Eastbrook High School in Marion, Indiana, where the band represented Indiana at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade. Since then, Bob has held various positions, including serving as a high school Dean of Students, HS Principal, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent. He was also an administrator at Indiana Wesleyan University and has authored over a dozen courses. Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Marion Schools. Bob has made numerous financial/facilities presentations across Indiana and has testified frequently before the Indiana legislature.

Bob’s wife, Gena, is a student services advisor for Tipton Middle School and received a Sagamore of the Wabash for her service to students and the community. They have two adult children, Ashley and Jordan. Bob and Gena enjoy hiking and have recently started fishing in the pond in their neighborhood for stress relief (utilizing the theory of “catch and release.”)
