Tom Moeller supports business development initiatives for Performance Services in Ohio, bringing decades of experience in municipal leadership, finance, and strategic planning. He previously served as City Administrator for the City of Madeira and has taught public budgeting and finance courses as an adjunct professor at Xavier University and the University of Cincinnati. Tom has deep expertise in capital project management and financing and is a founding member of the Centers for Local Government. In addition to supporting business development efforts, he works closely with municipal governments on economic development, strategic planning, and master planning initiatives.
