Jason joined the Performance Services team in 2026. Prior to that, he spent six years with The Johnson McAdams Firm (JMc), a full-service A/E, as a Principal Architect, with a primary role as Senior Project Manager, serving clients from project award to ribbon-cutting. Before joining JMc, Jason worked for Mead & Hunt, a full-service A/E firm, for nearly ten years, serving as a Senior Project Manager/Architect. For the past 16+ years, Jason has focused on Federal Projects, primarily with the Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and Higher Education. His work with the DoD has enabled him to access and visit bases across the continental United States. Jason’s projects with the DoD totaled well over $1 billion and have included major renovations, new construction, sustainability and energy conservation, building assessments, and master planning. A few project types include Fire Stations, headquarters/administration buildings, aviation hangars, secured compartmentalized information facilities (SCIF), simulator facilities, squadron commands, and housing/dormitories/barracks, etc.
Outside of work, Jason is a lifelong New England sports fan (Patriots, Bruins, Red Sox, Celtics) and a proud University of Florida alumnus and Gators fan.
