Bob joined the Performance Services team in 2025 to lead the company’s expansion in the Southwest region. He brings over 30 years of industry experience in various leadership positions and was responsible for marketing, business development, engineering, project delivery, structured finance, and risk management functions with some of the most innovative energy and energy efficiency companies in the U.S. He is an executive leader adept at balancing strategy with operational management of complex, regional, and national teams. He has developed a reputation for acquiring, inspiring, and retaining top talent by setting high standards, aligning strategic objectives, and creating environments where team members feel valued and are inspired to go “above and beyond” to ensure a world-class customer experience. Bob joined Performance Services as his values closely align with those of Performance Services.
During his time in the industry, Bob has represented various companies as a member on the National Association of Energy Service Companies Board, as well as the Energy Service Coalition where he also served as President.
Bob is the proud husband and father of three children. Outside of work, Bob enjoys golf, hiking, and history and serves on the Board for The Friends of the Children—Arizona Chapter.
