Brenton joined the Performance Services team in 2026. With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he has successfully led a diverse portfolio of municipal, industrial, and commercial projects from concept through completion. His extensive project management expertise, combined with a strong foundation in field supervision, gives him a well-rounded and practical understanding of all aspects of construction operations.
Prior to joining the team, he spent five years with Meridian Design Build, where he played a key role in delivering multiple FedEx Ground distribution facilities across the Midwest. His work has also included the repair and restoration of a Kalamazoo facility that sustained significant tornado damage. Throughout these projects, Brenton has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, effective problem-solving skills, and clear communication with all project stakeholders. He approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Outside of work, Brenton spends many of his weekends cheering on his kids at sporting events. He also enjoys camping, spending time outdoors, and tackling home improvement projects—often finding himself in the middle of the next one.
