Michael joined the Performance Services team in 2026, with more than 30 years of experience in pre-construction services across a wide range of markets, including K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, public facilities, commercial projects, and infrastructure. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Architectural Engineering, Michael has worked with general contractors, architectural firms, and owners on projects throughout Texas and many other parts of the country. His experience includes conceptual budgeting, schematic estimating, design development cost planning, design-build, and competitive bidding for projects ranging from renovations and tenant improvements to large institutional facilities.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys genealogy research, following University of Texas athletics, Xbox gaming, restoring muscle cars, and spending time with his two rescue kitties.
