Michael joined the Performance Services team in 2023. Before that, Michael was employed at Bernhard for six years. He was a Project Manager for Bernhard’s Mechanical and Energy divisions. Michael was an integral player in Bernhard’s largest energy project, the UAMS Energy Performance Contract, a $150 million Energy Savings project, which included a new $50 million generator plant. It was the largest Energy Savings project in Arkansas, the largest in healthcare, and one of the largest in the United States at the time of completion. Michael was directly responsible for managing $90 million of the $150 million project.
Outside of work, Michael and his wife enjoy spending their time hiking and kayaking throughout Arkansas. Michael also enjoys playing guitar, fishing, and golfing with friends.
