Sergio joined the Performance Services in 2023. He is a United States Air Force veteran, having served from 2004 through 2008 with multiple deployments overseas. Upon leaving the military, he attended Purdue University and graduated in December 2012 with a degree in construction management and engineering technology. After graduation, Sergio began working for Matrix Construction as a Project Engineer on the BP Coker Unit Project and Blast Furnace teardowns at USS Gary Works. For six years, he worked as a Project Manager with Ventana based out of Chicago. Projects focused on mid- and high-rise exterior glass facades, including curtain wall, window wall, and self-supported storefront systems in Chicago, St. Louis, and Baltimore.
Being from Chicago, Sergio is a lifelong fan of the Cubs, Bears, and Bulls. In his free time, he enjoys attending sports events, and spending time with family and friends, and is an avid traveler.
