Stephen joined the Performance Services team in 2026 with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He spent his first 12 years in Florida, including four years as a concrete project manager, erecting tilt-up buildings—such as multiple schools, large warehouses, offices, and retail facilities—followed by eight years with a general contractor in PreCon, then building schools. For the last 18 years, Stephen has called Colorado home and has worked on projects from Denver west to Grand Junction and from Fort Collins south to Cañon City. He has seven years of experience delivering design-build projects, including a historic renovation of a federal courthouse for the GSA, one of the most recognized and award-winning GSA projects, which achieved both LEED Platinum and Net Zero status. Most recently, he has been working in the multi-family sector and has completed over 1,100 apartments.
Outside of work, Stephen is a true foodie who loves exploring all kinds of cuisine and recreating his favorite dishes at home. He loves hosting family and friends for great meals, game nights, and casual hangouts. A natural project person, he always has something in the works, whether it is home improvements or car projects with his sons. He has a passion for vintage automobiles—especially from the 1968–1972 era—and hitting up local car shows is one of his favorite ways to spend a weekend.
