Stephen joined the Performance Services team in 2025. For the past 23 years, Stephen has been in the energy business. He was based in Denver as an Energy Engineer working as a Project Developer and Commissioning Engineer. In the most recent years, Stephen led the development of an energy efficiency project at Northrup Grumman. Before that, he developed a performance contract project for Yuma county in AZ, along with chiller optimizations for several hospitals for Honor Health.
Outside of work, Stephen is a lifelong Arsenal FC fan and enjoys watching Premier League soccer. He also loves to ski and travel with the family.
