Steve joined the Performance Services team in 2025. For the past 11 years, Steve has been employed at Thermal Care, an industrial water chiller manufacturer in Niles, IL. He had the opportunity to work in a few different roles, including Mechanical Chiller Assembler, Quality Control Technician, and Planner Scheduler. Steve was also a Technical Support Specialist in the service department. His responsibilities included supporting customers, troubleshooting equipment and controls issues, scheduling repairs of warranty equipment, and working with onsite contractors to provide solutions for customers. He also provided training to new customers on how the controls interface functioned regarding Thermal Care equipment.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, and listening to a good podcast.
